河粉機廠家介紹雞蛋炒河粉的做法烹飪技巧
1、將河粉先放入冰箱冷藏室冷藏1小時,炒時不易粘鍋,不易碎。
2、炒河粉動作要快,要大火快炒,用筷子代替鍋鏟炒,不易炒碎,且不要翻得太勤,炒時油要稍放多些,炒出來才夠香味。

用料
主料河粉適量
輔料雞蛋2個胡蘿卜適量
調料色拉油適量生抽適量老抽適量蠔油適量小蔥適量
雞蛋炒河粉的做法
材料圖:
1.將河粉撕開成條,放入冰箱冷藏室1小時.
2.將雞蛋劃散、入鍋煎熟,劃成小塊,盛起備用.
3.鍋內加適量油,可稍放多些,大火燒熱后,從冰箱取出河粉,倒入鍋內,迅速用筷子將粉劃散,大火炒幾下,然后稍推至一邊.
4.放入紅蘿卜絲炒至稍軟,與河粉一起兜勻翻炒幾下,澆上醬汁用筷子劃勻,最后下蔥段、炒好的雞蛋撈勻,裝碟趁熱上桌.
