美味的河粉涼卷的誕生方法

主料:蘆筍300克
輔料:火腿100克,紫菜(干)20克,胡蘿卜60克,稻米180克
調料:鹽3克,香油5克,色拉醬10克,花生仁(生)15克
    河粉涼卷的做法:
1. 蘆筍洗凈,去老梗切段,放入滾水中氽燙,撈起,浸入涼開水中過涼;
2. 胡蘿卜去皮切絲,放入滾水中燙軟,撈出,加精鹽、香油腌拌;
3. 火腿切絲,在平底鍋中加油煎熟,盛出,待涼后切絲備用;
4. 將花生磨成粉;
5. 河粉6片分別攤開,各鋪1片燒漲苔(紫菜),加入蘆筍段、胡蘿卜絲、火腿絲,再加色拉醬、花生粉鋪平,用手卷起來,切段,即可盛盤端出。
